Furthermore, any time a check is deposited by the other party, the other party's bank name and account number are automatically stamped on the canceled check.

If you did not receive your paper from us, then you may uses your canceled check as proof when registering a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision (the federal agency that has jurisdiction over regulating Internet Commerce) In addition, you may notify your respective state's Attorney General's office.
